At Mama Bear Mahjong, we want every customer to feel well cared for. We do our very best to provide excellent customer service and to make things right whenever there’s an issue we can help with. Because many of our products are specialty items, we also have a few simple policies in place to help orders go smoothly.

Shop Policies

Sizing
Please double-check sizing before placing your order. We are unable to accept exchanges, replacements, or refunds for items ordered in the incorrect size.

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. Any damage, missing items, incorrect items, or other order issues must be reported within 7 days of receipt so we can make it right.

Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If we discover that an address is invalid or incomplete before shipment, we will attempt to contact you for up to 30 days. If we do not receive a response, the order may be canceled.

Returned to Sender
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to claim the package, or another issue outside our control, we will contact you. The order may be reshipped once a corrected address is provided and any additional shipping cost is paid. If we do not receive a response within 30 days, the order may be refunded or closed, less any original shipping costs.

Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can help investigate with the carrier. Packages marked Delivered should first be checked with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier. For more details on shipping and tracking, please read the full FAQ page.

Returns
Because many of our products are specialty items, please contact us before returning anything. Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for a refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
